Player of the Month
Tyson Scott, Okotoks Bisons — The HJHL's top scorer was at it again in December, scoring 10 goals and 22 points to once again set the standard in the HJHL. The Turner Valley product will be featured in Sunday's HJHL All-Star game in Medicine Hat.
Goaltender of the Month
Devin Reagan, Okotoks Bisons — It's certainly not a new name. But there's no way anyone can dispute this guy's numbers. Reagan went 5-0-0 in December with a 2.60 goals-against average and a .930 save percentage. Reagan will backstop Team South at the HJHL All-Star game in Medicine Hat.
Rookie of the Month
Jace Paarup, Red Deer Vipers — Paarup had a fantastic end to the decade, piling up eight goals and a dozen points to pace all freshman skaters. Paarup will suit up for Team North in this weekend's HJHL Top Prospects Game.
