Patrick Forde and Jordan Fisher scored in shootout as the Cochrane Generals beat the Coaldale Coppersheads 5-4.
Caden Chudleigh scored with 11 seconds left to force extra time.
Zachary Stewart, Zach Cugnet and Scott Shugg also lit the lamp as Cochrane improved to 6-4-0.
Generals goaltender Erik Garber kicked out 25 pucks and then turned aside all three shootout attempts.
Jason Creighton scored twice while Isaac Benoit and Jayden Bexte also scored for the Snakes (5-2-1), who host the Ponoka Stampeders on Saturday (8:30 p.m.).
