The Cubs and Generals each skated away with two points on Sunday in the HJHL.

Medicine Hat Cubs (6) – Blackfalds Wranglers (3)

MEDICINE HAT – Cooper Hilworth scored twice and added one assist as the Medicine Hat Cubs (9-11-3) skated to a 6-3 win over the Blackfalds Wranglers (7-10-5).

Mackenzie Frtizler finished with a game-high three assists for the Cubs, while Quinten Karg and Brody Ryan each added a goal and assist.

Cochrane Generals (5) – Okotoks Bisons (0)

COCHRANE – Erik Garber was sensational, stopping all 47 shots he faced to record his first shutout of the season as the Cochrane Generals blanked the Okotoks Bisons by a 5-0 score.

Braden Bain and Harry Osler each found the back of the net twice for the Generals, while Ben Davison rounded out the scoring.

Devin Reagan turned aside 18 shots in the loss for the Bisons.
